Are you eager to gain international experience, grow professionally, and play a key role in shaping innovative access solutions? At SKIDATA, we are looking for ambitious and curious graduates to join our 24-months Graduate Program as a Product Owner. This is your chance to immerse yourself in an agile, inclusive, and supportive environment where your ideas and perspectives are valued.

What You'll Do

As a Product Owner Graduate, you will rotate through multiple locations, gaining a deep understanding of SKIDATA's access solution in the parking segment as well business and operations. The program is structured as follows:

* First 6 months: Onboarding in your home country--get to know SKIDATA's products, customers, and agile methodologies while being mentored by experienced colleagues.
* Next 6 months: International placement in Karlstad, Sweden--step into the role of a local Product Owner, acting as the key link between the development team and the customer. Gain insights into the commercial business side of SKIDATA and immerse yourself in the world of our customers.
* Following 6 months: International placement in Bologna, Italy--take on greater responsibility as an independent Product Owner, focusing on developing the hosted service business and expanding SKIDATA's service offering in the region. You will have a strong network of support to guide you.
* Final 6 months: Return to your home country--take on increasing responsibilities within the Parking Software Team, preparing for your future career at SKIDATA with a clear path to success.
* As this program and SKIDATA are part of ASSA ABLOY you will have the chance to participate in trainings and get-togethers to meet and interact with Assa Abloys graduates.

Your profile

We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who are eager to develop their careers in an international, agile environment. You should have:

* A bachelor's or master's degree in software engineering or a related field. Business affiliation would be a great addition.
* A strong interest in agile methodologies and product ownership.
* A collaborative, open-minded, and solution-oriented mindset.
* Eager to advance your communication and teamwork skills. First knowledge in intercultural communication is definitely an advantage.
* Fluency in English and German. Knowledge in Italian and/ or Swedish would be a bonus.

We offer a competitive salary based on your qualifications and professional experience. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2,471.00 gross per month on a full-time basis. Of course, your actual salary will be adjusted in line with the market, based on your qualifications.
