Job summary

CLC Consulting seeks a senior Data Architect to design and evolve enterprise-wide data models and architecture standards across the organization. You will translate business needs into scalable data structures and lead governance efforts with stakeholders, data engineers, BI teams, and solution architects.

The role requires deep expertise in data modeling, data architecture, and system integrations, with a focus on standardization and scalability across business units.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Architect, Data Modeler, or similar senior data-focused role.
• Fluent English and German (minimum B2 German).
• Deep practical expertise in data modeling, including designing complex relational data structures.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, data flows, and system integrations.
• Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, or comparable technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve enterprise-wide data models and architecture standards across the organization.
• Establish consistent approaches for structuring, managing, and governing business-critical data.
• Act as the central link between business stakeholders, Data Engineers, BI teams, and solution architects.
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable data structures and technical concepts.
• Define modeling guidelines, best practices, and architectural principles across multiple business units.
• Drive decisions around data structures, integrations, and system interactions.
