Procter & Gamble in Spittal an der Drau invites applications for a 9-12 month traineeship in engineering and science disciplines at our large production site. You will join a team developing and supporting our solid and semi-solid products with increasing responsibility from day one.

The program targets students with 4-6 completed semesters in relevant fields, offering practical experience, mentorship, and a potential direct-entry pathway after graduation. English and German skills are valued.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4-6 completed semesters in Science or Engineering disciplines.
• Targeted studies: Electrical / Mechanical / Process / Production / Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Technology, Plastics Technology.
• Very good analytical skills and quick comprehension.
• Creativity and problem solving skills.
• Good communication skills, assertiveness and teamwork.
• Good knowledge of English and German.

Aufgaben

• Work on complex technical projects within the engineering team.
• Contribute to testing and development activities on the production site.
• Collaborate with interns and engineers to gain hands-on experience.
