Zusammenfassung

Spectra-Physics, an MKS brand, is seeking a Senior Engineering Project Manager to partner with development, marketing and operations to drive complex product development programs with end-to-end ownership for scope, schedule, cost, quality and execution risk.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate multi-site development and offshore manufacturing partners, and mentor teams through concept to industrialization and transfer to production, reporting to the Director of Engineering.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or technical field.
• Several years of project or program management experience in complex tech product development.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence stakeholders without authority.
• Strong planning, budgeting, risk, and execution tracking across multiple workstreams.

Aufgaben

• Lead cross-functional product development programs from concept to manufacturing transfer.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans with milestones, budgets, dependencies.
• Provide leadership across engineering, marketing, operations, and supply chain.
• Coordinate multi-site programs across US and Europe with offshore partners.
• Identify and manage risks, drive mitigation and contingency planning.
• Communicate progress and decisions clearly to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management rigor and processes.
