Partner company in Austria is seeking an Engineering Manager focused on Security Standards and Hardening. You will lead engineers, drive secure software practices, and ensure compliance with FIPS, CIS, STIG, FedRAMP, and related frameworks across OS, cloud, and edge environments.

You will influence secure deployments, cryptographic modules, and system hardening while collaborating with partners and the open-source community to raise engineering standards globally.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading engineering teams and growing technical talent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, STEM, or comparable discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with FIPS- or Common Criteria-certified products and security standards.
