Sportradar AG, a world-leading sports technology company, seeks an Engineering Manager to shape the engineering culture and architecture for real-time iGaming products. You will translate product strategy into scalable roadmaps while empowering developers to work efficiently using AI-assisted tools.

You will lead high-impact initiatives, champion TDD and secure design, and mentor staff engineers to grow autonomy across squads.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of software development experience in iGaming or high-concurrency real-time systems.
• Expert in Java/JVM and modern frontend (React/TypeScript).
• Strong experience with cloud design on AWS and distributed architectures.
• Proven track record leading teams and influencing multiple squads.

• Lead the architectural vision for low-latency, high-concurrency platforms.
• Champion AI-assisted development and define standards for adoption and security.
