Sports Careers is seeking an Engineering Manager to act as a technical catalyst for our iGaming division. Lead architectural vision and engineering culture, while empowering teams to ship high-performance, scalable casino games in real time.

You will mentor senior engineers, drive AI-assisted development standards, and collaborate across squads to translate product strategy into robust technical roadmaps.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of software development experience in iGaming, betting, or high-concurrency real-time gaming.
• Expert-level proficiency in Java/JVM and modern frontend frameworks (React/TypeScript).
• Deep experience with AI coding assistants and integrating AI into enterprise-grade processes.
• Proven ability to design distributed cloud-based systems, with AWS (ECS, EKS, RDS, S3) expertise.
