Sportradar AG is seeking a Game Mathematician to design and validate mathematical models for casino games within the Playradar iGaming portfolio. You will partner with Product, Game Design, Engineering and Compliance to ensure robust, compliant, and engaging game math that scales across diverse gaming experiences.

The role emphasizes independent problem solving, strong analytical skills, and collaboration in a fast-moving product environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in game mathematics, probability modelling, statistics or data science.
• Strong knowledge of probability, combinatorics, RTP, hit frequency, and RNG payout modelling.
• Ability to document mathematical models clearly with limited supervision.
• Commercial experience with Java-based applications in production environments.
• Experience with Python, R, SQL, Excel/VBA, MATLAB or similar for simulations.

Aufgaben

• Design and develop mathematical models for casino games including slots and table-based mechanics.
• Create, test and document probability models, payout structures and RTP configurations.
• Translate game concepts into mathematically sound mechanics balancing engagement with compliance.
• Run simulations, analyze outcomes and validate performance against distributions and exposure.
• Prepare mathematical specifications for Engineering, QA, Compliance and certification partners.
• Collaborate with Engineering and QA to ensure correct implementation of game math in production.
