Job summary

Camunda is transforming into an AI-first organization and seeks a Senior Events Manager for EMEA to lead flagship conferences and the CamundaLocals program. You will partner with product, sales, marketing, and partnerships to orchestrate strategic events that position Camunda as the process orchestration thought leader.

You will own end-to-end event strategy, manage budgets and vendors, and measure ROI across multi-country portfolios.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of events management experience, with 3+ years leading large-scale flagship events (500+ attendees) in B2B tech or enterprise software.
• Proven track record managing complex multi-event portfolios with budgets, ROI analysis, and optimization.
• Deep understanding of EMEA markets and multi-country event management across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA flagship and portfolio event strategy and delivery.
• Set KPIs, measure ROI, drive pipeline impact and brand lift.
• Manage budgets, contracts with venues, sponsors, and vendors; coordinate all event delivery.
• Lead Camunda Locals program and cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, marketing, and partnerships.
• Develop agendas, recruit speakers, curate content for technical and business audiences.
• Track lead generation, brand awareness, and community engagement; report ROI and attendee value.
