Anritsu is seeking a General Manager for AEH to shape and operate an European holding platform across the EMEA region, reporting to the Managing Director of AEH and collaborating with regional leadership, Anritsu Headquarters in Japan, and key stakeholders.

You will drive governance, shared services, and post-merger integration while aligning subsidiaries with Anritsu standards. Strong English and senior leadership experience are essential for this high-impact role based in Austria.

Qualifikationen

• Senior leadership experience in international operations and organizational transformation.

• Strong governance and risk management knowledge.
• Fluent business English for executive-level communication.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development of AEH from a financial holding to an operational holding platform for the EMEA region.
• Build and stabilize shared service capabilities across Finance, HR, Export Control, Compliance, Legal, IT, Administration.
• Establish governance, reporting, compliance, risk management, J-SOX, and export control standards. Assess and improve cross-border processes.
• Support post-merger integration activities and align acquired companies with Anritsu group standards.
• Coordinate with subsidiary Managing Directors and AEH leadership to prioritize and resolve operational issues.
