Job summary

Red Bull – BORA – hansgrohe is seeking an experienced nutrition professional to join its international performance team in Salzburg. You will design and manage individual nutrition strategies to optimise training adaptation, race performance and recovery for elite riders across WorldTour events, camps and grand tours.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in sports nutrition or related field.
• ISAK Level 1 accreditation minimum.
• Excellent English and additional languages are a plus.
• Proven experience delivering nutrition support in elite sport.
• Experience in professional cycling or endurance sports is highly beneficial.
• Strong understanding of endurance physiology, periodisation, fueling and hydration.
• Experience with athlete-monitoring systems and nutrition-management tools.
• Ability to translate science into practical, race-ready guidance.
• Proactive, rider-centred approach with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, monitor and adapt individual nutrition strategies based on goals and rider feedback.
• Lead nutrition delivery at WorldTour races and training camps.
• Collaborate with performance chefs and medical staff to translate nutrition into food delivery.
• Manage on-bike fuelling and hydration strategies across race formats and conditions.
• Oversee governance, testing and monitoring of nutrition products and procedures.
• Educate riders and staff and help develop the nutrition programme across teams.
