Job Title: Electrical Engineer Manager

Location: Baden, Switzerland

Purpose of Role:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Baden. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing advanced electrical systems for comminution technologies, focusing on Stirred Milling. The engineer will collaborate with global teams and OEM partners to deliver high-performance, energy-efficient, and reliable solutions for both OEM and Aftermarket projects. The position plays a key role in shaping sustainable mining through electrical design and systems integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and document electrical systems, including high-voltage motors, drives, transformers, instrumentation, and medium/low voltage systems.
  • Collaborate with OEMs and suppliers to define requirements and ensure seamless integration.
  • Support OE and Aftermarket projects with electrical engineering expertise, ensuring standards and customer specifications are met.
  • Work with R&D, manufacturing, procurement, and project management teams throughout product development.
  • Maintain a strong safety focus, promoting a zero-harm culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in electrical engineering, preferably in mining, heavy machinery, or industrial sectors.
  • Knowledge of high and low voltage systems, control systems, drives, instrumentation, and electrical standards (IEC, UL, CE).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and electrical design software such as EPLAN or AutoCAD Electrical.
