Botres Global GmbH is seeking a role focused on coordinating external automation and programming activities, bridging Engineering, Site Management, and external partners. You will structure tasks within the Electrical, Instrumentation & Control scope, ensure clear responsibilities, and drive improvements to keep plants operating as intended.

The position emphasizes hands-on coordination over in-house programming, with development potential into senior coordination and project leadership roles.

Qualifikationen

• Technical background in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering or Mechatronics.
• Ability to understand and challenge technical concepts.
• Structured way of working when coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Clear and confident communication, even in difficult situations.
• Excellent English skills (minimum B2).

Aufgaben

• Coordinate external automation and programming companies.
• Plan and structure tasks within the EIC (Electrical, Instrumentation & Control) scope.
• Ensure clear ownership and defined interfaces between disciplines.
• Participate in FATs and verify requirement compliance.
• Identify and push for improvements before moving forward.
• Weekly coordination meetings with Engineering, Site Management, and partners.
• Prepare and follow up on tests, inspections, and deliverables.
