Zusammenfassung

The Global English Teaching Academy invites an EFL teacher to join a vibrant educational organisation across Austria. You will teach up to 29 units per week, using our communicative method, and inspire students while coordinating with the Project Lead for cohesive delivery of immersive English projects.

You will travel between campuses, manage project paperwork, and complete a mandatory 24-week training period before the contract starts.

Qualifikationen

• Native-level English required and TEFL qualification.
• At least 200 hours of classroom teaching experience.
• Experience using a communicative approach to language teaching.
• Experience working with young learners.
• Working rights for Europe required.
• Experience in summer camp or sports coaching desirable.
• Mandatory training period of 24 weeks before contract start.

Job Summary

As an EFL teacher, you\'ll have the opportunity to be part of an exciting educational organisation. Duties include:

• Teaching up to 29 units per week at projects across Austria, implementing our innovative, communicative method
• Motivating, engaging, and inspiring your students
• Communicating with your Project Lead to ensure cohesive delivery of our immersive English projects
• Traveling between campus and project locations
• Ensuring the integrity of project paperwork and administrative procedures

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a native-level English speaker, hold a TEFL qualification, and have experience that demonstrates both a genuine talent for working with children and strong teaching skills:

• TEFL qualification
• Minimum of 200 hours of classroom experience
• Experience using a communicative approach to language teaching
• Experience working with young learners
• Working rights for Europe are required
• Experience in a summer camp or sports coaching setting is also desirable
• Successful candidates must complete a mandatory training period of between 24 weeks before the start of the contract.

Salary and Benefits

Salaries are calculated based on qualifications and relevant experience, starting at 1,800 gross per month for a 30-hour-per-week contract.
