Position: Customer Service Representative (German-speaking) - FULLY REMOTE WITHIN GREECE

Location: Fully Remote from Anywhere in Greece

What You'll Be Doing:

Join our international customer support team and assist travelers via phone, chat, and email. Your responsibilities include:

1. Booking changes, cancellations, and travel-related questions
2. Providing top-notch support—no sales, just friendly help!
3. Working together with a fun and supportive team

Working Hours:

Monday to Sunday: 08:00 - 23:00 (8 hours per day / 5 days per week with rotative shifts)

Full-time 40h/week—perfect for exploring in the evenings!

What You Need:

• Fluency in German (spoken and written)
• Good level of English for internal communication
• Some customer service experience is a big plus
• Positive attitude and good communication skills

Salary & Benefits:

• 1,380 gross/month + bonuses (14 salaries per year!)
