As our Property Management Working Student, you will have the chance to join our company as we expand our DACH markets and grow significantly.

You will have an impact on:

• Assisting in maintaining positive relationships with guests by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. Collaborating with the guest experience team to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Supporting regular property inspections and ensuring maintenance requests are handled efficiently. Coordinating with vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff.
• Providing administrative support, including maintaining property files, updating systems, and prioritizing requests.
• Designing scalable operations processes (SOPs) and automating them where possible.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness. Enforcing standards of trust and transparency.

What you will add to our Crew:

• First experience in property management or related fields is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in property management within an operations-heavy startup environment (hospitality, logistics, q-commerce, etc.).
• Natural communicator with a hands-on approach who is willing to get involved.
• Aiming for operational excellence and flawless execution.
• Willingness to occasionally work on weekends if needed.
• A driver’s license is a plus.
• Fluency in English and German.
