Zusammenfassung

Complexity Science Hub is seeking aDIS Program Coordinator in Vienna to manage the early-career researcher lifecycle, from calls and onboarding to curriculum development and alumni relations, within Academic Affairs.

You will collaborate with faculty, CSH leadership, and student representatives to align program goals, oversee admissions and enrolment, manage partnerships and budgets, and foster leaders across academia and beyond. Flexible hours; hybrid work options.

Qualifikationen

• University degree; Masters preferred.
• Near-fluent English and the ability to communicate in German.
• Strong organizational skills for events, budgeting, and data management.
• Experience with standardized process development and accountability.
• Ability to communicate with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
• Empathy, patience, and a coaching mindset when working with clients or students.
• Comfort with digital tools; aptitude to learn new platforms.
• Commitment to fairness, equity, and inclusion.

Aufgaben

• Manage the early-career researcher lifecycle from calls to onboarding and alumni relations.
• Coordinate curriculum development and oversee admissions and enrolment processes.
• Oversee formal partnerships, budgets, and formal agreements.
• Collaborate with faculty, leadership, and student/postdoc reps to align goals.
• Support professional development and advise on program operations.
