Your Role

• Handle written and telephone customer inquiries regarding planned and booked trips (including self-arranged trips, round trips, flights, long-distance travel, cruises)
• Process travel changes
• Communicate with suppliers and partners (hotels, airlines, local agencies)
• Serve as a liaison to our call center
• Occasional weekend work on a 5-day workweek basis
• Quickly resolve customer issues (troubleshooting)

Your Strengths

• Completed vocational training (tourism knowledge or professional experience preferred), career changers are welcome
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Flexible, resilient, responsible, solution-oriented, and assertive
• Enjoy working in a team
• Passion for travel
• Native-level German skills
• Foreign language skills (at least English in speaking and writing)
• IATA knowledge is an advantage
• Excellent MS Office skills

The minimum gross salary for this full-time position is based on Group C of the collective agreement for employees in travel agencies, with willingness to negotiate above this amount.
