The Opportunity

We currently have multiple opportunities available within our organization for Senior Business Analysts to join our consulting team.

You will work with project and technology teams contributing to activities such as implementing new systems, building new system features, and improving existing applications & platforms at various levels of maturity.

To join our team, you will demonstrate:

• At least 5 years of Business Analysis experience within a complex enterprise-level environment.
• Assisting in documenting business needs to ensure correct definition, communication, and delivery of technology projects.
• Documenting business requirements using standardized formats and requirements management tools for clear and consistent communication.
• Serving as a liaison between business clients and technical staff, translating business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Working with stakeholders to understand problems, opportunities, impacts, and outcomes.
• Developing and maintaining project documentation, including requirements, use cases, and user stories.
• Continuously improving processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ability to lead and facilitate workshops.
• Adopting a collaborative and consultative approach to your work.
