As part of the global Business Applications and Analytics team within the Global On Premise team at headquarters, you'll play a key role in supporting the enhancement and optimization of our sales applications and tools, contributing to the improvement of global reporting processes in the On Premise. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and refinement of critical sales systems. Working in close alignment with Global On Premise Reporting functions, as a working student, you'll support managing specific data & reporting change projects from start to end.
We are looking for a motivated working student to start in July, working 20–25 hours per week.
In this role, you'll handle QA validation processes, ensuring data consistency, integrity, completeness, accuracy, and timeliness across our sales tools and reports. You'll analyze internal sales applications, identify, and propose optimizations—ranging from master data setup to application configuration—to enhance efficiency and usability. Collaborating with the project team, you'll contribute to improving existing sales reports and developing new ones, including defining KPIs, stakeholder alignment, creating test data, and supporting business user acceptance testing (UAT). Additionally, you'll assist in driving system changes from conception to execution, such as redesigning customer attribution processes from source systems to final reporting.
As part of the team, you'll contribute to creating and enhancing training materials—including e-learnings and documentation—to support current and future global reporting solutions. These resources ensure our global teams can effectively adopt and work with new reporting tools and updates.
