About the Role:
This leadership role offers the opportunity to influence the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to culture and performance. Reporting to the Director, you'll work with a passionate leadership team to foster a high-performing workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive and implement our People & Culture strategy aligned with business objectives
  2. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
  3. Promote a strong, values-driven culture of growth, collaboration, and recognition
  4. Manage performance frameworks, training, and development initiatives
  5. Support leaders with coaching, employee relations, and compliance
  6. Oversee HR systems, policy development, and continuous improvement projects

About You: You are a proactive HR leader who excels in dynamic, fast-paced environments. You combine strategic thinking with practical execution and are passionate about developing people and culture that drive business success.

  • Proven experience in HR/People & Culture management (experience in real estate or property industry is a bonus)
  • Experience leading and developing teams, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and achieving performance outcomes
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and values-driven
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, or related fields
