Aufgaben
- Active involvement in the further development of the European team of direct and indirect employees. Coaching, training, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Direct collaboration and lead of sales and a product management team to deepen expertise, optimize sales and negotiation strategies and drive individual success.
- Responsibility for the business in Europe and worldwide in assigned customer industries with a focus on growing market shares and expanding the product portfolio. Depending on your experience, we have some flexibility in the allocation of your

- Market analysis and risk management: identifying opportunities, forecasting price developments, and ensuring risk mitigation in global trade.
- Close collaboration with logistics, finance, and compliance teams.
- Utilizing existing and new digital tools to enhance control and efficiency.
Profil
- Strategic responsibility with a hands-on approach: Not just managing but actively shaping the business gives you motivation and job satisfaction.
- You have demonstrated the ability to manage and optimize an existing business in international trading of raw materials for industrial processing, but you also possess the creativity and judgement to lead and organize new business areas.
- Proven success in all aspects of leading and coaching sales- and product management employees; incl setting of the right goals and guidance into individual success.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in international settings.
- Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a hands-on, practical approach.
- Excellent English language skills; additional languages are an advantage.
