Mondelez International in Vienna, Austria, seeks an E2E Fulfilment Specialist (m/w/d) to own end-to-end supply chain from demand planning to customer delivery, and to proactively resolve bottlenecks.

You will collaborate with Demand Planning, Goods Flow, and external partners, ensure optimal inventory, monitor shelf-life, and use SAP APO/ECC to support efficient order flow and waste reduction.

Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and their interdependencies.
• Educational background in Supply Chain Management or similar business studies; experience in related areas.
• Knowledge and experience in SAP ECC, SAP APO, and SAP SNP.

• Ensuring full transparency over the fulfillment status of the assigned product portfolio.
• Ensuring an efficient and seamless order flow to meet customer demand.
• Identifying and resolving fulfillment issues as well as eliminating supply chain bottlenecks.

• Ensuring correct and timely communication regarding supply shortages based on daily and weekly service reports.
• The position holder acts as an interface between local teams and external partners such as Supply Hubs and Load Control Centers.
