Erste Digital, part of Erste Group, seeks Head of Secure Connectivity to lead operational security, network and connectivity platforms. You will oversee VPN, firewall, WAF, DDoS, Zero Trust and privileged access with a focus on reliability and controlled risk.

You will drive governance, service maturity and cross-group collaboration, shaping capabilities that scale across the Group while ensuring performance and resilience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading operational security, network or infrastructure platforms for critical services.
• Proven ability to improve reliability, resilience and lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of modern network security and Zero Trust concepts.

Aufgaben

• Shape and operate critical connectivity and protection capabilities (VPN, firewall, IDS/IPS, WAF, DDoS, Zero Trust).
• Drive maturity, availability, change quality and incident prevention across services.
• Collaborate with identity, architecture, detection, incident response and operations teams.
• Ensure outcomes, accountability and measurable improvements across the Group.
