Zusammenfassung

MoonLake seeks a Director/Senior Director of Payer Marketing to lead the US payer value communication strategy and develop payer-facing resources including PIE, AMCP dossiers, and field tools. You will align with HEOR, Medical Affairs, and cross-functional teams to ensure clinically relevant, economically compelling, and regulatory-compliant messaging.

You will drive pre- and post-launch payer content, train payer account teams, and coordinate with Legal, Regulatory, and Medical to meet MLR

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced degree strongly preferred (MSc, MBA, PhD, PharmD, or MD).
• At least 5 years in U.S. market access marketing or related roles.
• Experience leading AMCP dossier creation and PIE materials.

Aufgaben

• Lead payer value proposition development with HEOR/Medical Affairs.
• Create PIE and AMCP content and payer materials.
• Develop access pull-through materials for payers, HCPs, and patients.
• Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory and Medical for MLR alignment.
• Define KPIs and track payer materials usage and impact.
• Manage cross-functional training for payer account teams.
