The Role
As the Director, Director Commercial Partnerships you will be responsible for the coordination of activities to enhance the delivery and implementation of Northern Territory’s Parks and Wildlife related commercial aspects.
You’ll lead the customer service team, permits team for NT parks as well as the commercial arm of the unit. Ensuring collaboration with the team’s managers and Executive Director, currency of systems and processes to provide customers with a smooth and seamless experience.

You are a strategic thinker and proven leader with a passion for building meaningful commercial partnerships. To be successful in this role, you will have:
Expertise in building long-term, commercially focused partnerships
Strong leadership and team management across diverse functions
Strategic thinking and critical analysis of commercial opportunities
Deep understanding of business, industry, and economic trends
Experience in revenue monitoring, reporting systems, and quality assurance
Proficiency in procurement, program management, budgets, and HR
Knowledge of governance frameworks and relevant legislation
