Teachers Health seeks a Digital Tech Lead to shape and deliver the digital technology strategy during a major transformation. You will guide scalable, secure platforms, mentor a high‑performing team and partner with Digital, Product and Design leaders to translate business goals into technical solutions for over 400,000 members and their families.

You will drive architecture, CI/CD, IaC, and automation, and build AI‑driven solutions that accelerate delivery and customer outcomes while

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years' experience in technology and digital environments.
• 5+ years in a senior technical leadership role leading engineering teams and delivery outcomes.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Deep expertise in modern software engineering practices, cloud architecture, DevOps and CI/CD.
• A strong full‑stack engineering background with experience delivering and managing large‑scale digital platforms and websites.
• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives from concept through to implementation.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, operations, security governance and scalable system design.
• Experience building, coaching and scaling high‑performing engineering teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• A passion for innovation, continuous improvement and emerging technologies, including AI‑enabled development practices.
• The ability to influence senior leaders and build strong cross‑functional relationships.
• Experience within a regulated industry such as health, insurance, banking or financial services is highly regarded.
• Exposure to analytics and data‑driven decision making, including GA4 is highly regarded.

The Digital Tech lead is a senior technology leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering Teachers Health's digital technology strategy during a major transformation journey. You'll lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure and high‑performing digital platforms, while building modern engineering capabilities, driving innovation and mentoring a high‑performing team. Working closely with Digital, Product and Design leaders, you'll play a pivotal role in translating business goals into technical solutions that enhance the experience of more than 400,000 members and their families.
