Volo Digital is seeking a Change Manager to own the people side of digital transformation for NDIS and Allied Health clients. You will plan change, design processes, communicate with stakeholders, and measure adoption while collaborating with project teams and client sponsors.

The role is mid-level with mentoring support, enabling end-to-end ownership and meaningful client impact in a care-focused digital landscape.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years experience in change management, change analysis or business analysis.
• Experience supporting technology, platform, or digital transformation change.
• Knowledge of recognised change methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter or equivalent).
• Strong business process mapping and process design skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a plain-English style.
• Experience facilitating workshops, briefings and training sessions.
• Exposure to Allied Health, NDIS, disability or aged care environments is valued.
• Change management certification (Prosci, APMG or equivalent) is a bonus.

We're looking for a Change Manager to join our growing team and lead the people side of digital transformation for clients in the NDIS and Allied Health sectors.

About the Role

As a Change Manager at Volo Digital, you'll own the people side of change across client engagements — planning it, communicating it, and making it stick. You'll assess impact, redesign business processes, build engagement with the people affected, and measure adoption once the technology lands. You'll work shoulder to shoulder with project managers, architects, and analysts, and directly with client sponsors, practice managers, and frontline teams — translating what we're building into something people understand, trust and use. It's a mid-level role, and it's equally open to a Change Analyst ready to step up into end-to-end ownership. You'll have support and mentoring while you do it.

About You

• 3-5 years' experience in change management, change analysis or business analysis
• Demonstrated experience supporting technology, platform, or digital transformation change
• Working knowledge of a recognised change methodology (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter or equivalent)
• Strong business process mapping and process design skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a plain-English writing style
• Confident facilitating workshops, briefings, and training sessions
• Exposure to Allied Health, NDIS, disability, or aged care environments is highly regarded
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Organisational Psychology, Health Administration, or Information Systems are desirable
• Change management certification (Prosci, APMG or equivalent) is a bonus
