Digital Scientific Communication Manager (m/f/d) for Hematology in Austria

What you will do
- Act as internal interface for medical and scientific information and communication.
- Proactively participate in the medical and cross-functional brand team.
- Review and approve promotional and medical materials from a medical/scientific perspective.
- Develop scientific presentations and materials based on up-to-date scientific information.
- Develop and deliver internal trainings on defined topics and audiences.
- Plan and execute digital medical/scientific activities in collaboration with relevant internal functions.
- Provide information for reimbursement processes.
- Contribute to the development of local, regional, and global best practices, metrics, and systems.
- Collaborate with regional and global functions.
- Provide expertise and act as backup for internal and external medical information inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, external laws, and regulations.

What we expect of you
- Degree in Natural Sciences (e.g., PhD, MSc, MD).
- Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry or academia.
- Expertise in the therapeutic area and related indications is preferred.
- Fluency in German and English, both oral and written.
- Experience in interpreting and communicating scientific results and publications.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools and IT skills.

We offer an annual minimum gross base salary of €61,000.00 (full-time, all-in) plus attractive benefits such as an office in Vienna 1010, flexible working hours/remote work, bonus payments, pension plan, and lunch allowance. The final compensation will depend on your qualifications and experience.
