Qualifikationen

• 2+ Jahre Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Produktlieferung an multinationale Kunden.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anforderungsanalyse und Produktlebenszyklen.

• Entwicklung kundenorientierter Produkte und Etablierung der Produktverantwortung.
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen Kunden und Stakeholdern zur Validierung von Anforderungen.

Responsibilities

• Development of customer centric products and establishment of product owner role within BWT
• Collaboration with internal customers, early adopters and stakeholders
• Distilling user inputs into stories, technical tasks and acceptance criteria
• Validating requirements against implementations
• Continuous monitoring of impact on business and customer value
• Aligning and prioritization of projects, standardizing of work flows and defining improvements

Ihr Profil

Qualifications

• Degree in technical or business study and 2+ years of work experience in delivering successful products to multinational customers
• Solid background in requirements engineering, product lifecycles and maturity gates
• Experience with ALM tools e.g. JIRA, Confluence
• Strong coordination and negotiation skills
• Passion for technology and understanding of software and hardware development
• Fluent in English written and spoken, German beneficial
