Job summary

International Atomic Energy Agency seeks an enthusiastic intern to support the Digital Learning and Platform team. You will assist with the operation of the CLP4NET platform, manage course spaces, upload materials and support user enrollment while gaining insight into digital learning in an international setting.

The role requires a university-level focus in CS/IT or related fields, familiarity with LMS like Moodle, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• University degree progress towards first degree or recently completed.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and basic IT troubleshooting.
• Experience with MS Office and data analysis for summaries.
• Knowledge of Moodle or LMS is an asset.
• Excellent written and spoken English essential; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist CLP4NET administration: create course spaces and update materials.
• Support user registration, enrolment and routine access queries.
• Help test e-learning courses and document results.
• Collect usage data and prepare basic statistics and summaries.
• Draft user guidance and procedures; coordinate with course owners.
