Job summary

The Social Hub is seeking a student intern to join our dynamic hospitality team. You will connect our campus and community networks, help organise ongoing events, and act as the main contact for activations. You’ll create digital content, manage local social channels, and engage with student ambassadors.

You should be outgoing, highly organized, and fluent in English, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work with opportunities to learn in a diverse team awaits.

Qualifications

• You’re currently enrolled in a university and must do a mandatory internship as part of your studies.
• Available for at least 6 months from 15 January 2027.
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable presenting to audiences.
• Connector who enjoys interacting with people and networking.
• Professional and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Super social, flexible, highly motivated with a sense of humor.
• Visionary with ideas to grow the company’s connector strategy.
• Excellent communicator with entrepreneurial spirit.
• Calm under pressure and exceptionally organized.
• Fluent in English; other languages welcome.
• Legally allowed to work in the EU.

Responsibilities

• Actively connect our semester, coworking, hotel and extended stay community.
• Help set up ongoing events for our internal community.
• Be the eyes and ears of the community and main contact for events & activations.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners to fill the annual events calendar.
• Host and engage with local student ambassadors regularly.
• Create/deliver digital content based on marketing briefs (text, video, images).
• Own and manage local social channels within brand guidelines.
• Attend and participate in local network events.
