Job summary

STRABAG sucht eine erfahrene Führungskraft im Bereich digitale Innovation, um internationale Digitalisierungs- und AI-Projekte zu steuern. Sie leiten Requirements Engineering, treiben Robotics-/OT-Integrationen voran und planen PoCs/MVPs mit roll-out über mehrere Länder.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Vendoren und internen Stakeholdern zusammen, nutzen Microsoft 365/Power Platform und generative KI, entwickeln das Innovationsportfolio und führen ein kleines Team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digitalisation, innovation or AI projects, ideal als lead in international settings.
• Proven Requirements Engineering (requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Hands-on robotics, automation and OT, including testing equipment connectivity in laboratories.
• Innovation portfolio management including status tracking and escalation.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 / Power Platform and generative AI incl. testing and user training.
• University degree in a technical field and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Requirements engineering across subdivisions and countries with clear acceptance criteria.
• Technology scouting and cooperation with AI, OT and IT vendors und internal Stakeholder.
• Plan and deliver PoC and MVP, rollout design, scaling across countries.
• Evaluate and implement Microsoft 365 Power Platform solutions.
• Identify improvements in robotics/OT and connect testing equipment to LIMS.
• Develop business cases and validate results for AI enablement.
• Lead a small team and manage the innovation portfolio roadmap.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across hierarchy levels.

Job description

Aufgaben

• Requirements Engineering: elicitation with subdivisions and countries; challenging input; specification of functional and technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria
• Technology scouting (e.g. agentic AI) and cooperation with AI, OT and IT vendors and internal stakeholders
• Project planning and delivery: PoC, MVP development, roll-out design, scaling across countries, success reporting
• Digital workplace: tool evaluation, hands-on implementation, testing, user training, focusing on Microsoft 365 Power Platform solutions
• Robotics and OT: identification of improvement potentials, business case development, enabling the connection of testing equipment to the LIMS (laboratory information management system); increasing automation level through digital interfaces and physical robotics solutions
• AI enablement: trainings with the countries, business case development, expert validation of results
• Digital Innovation portfolio and roadmap owner: screening, evaluation, consolidation and tracking of ideas and their further development with idea owners
• Functional leadership of a small team
