Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digitalisation, innovation or AI projects, ideally as lead in international settings.
• Proven requirements engineering (requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Hands-on robotics, automation and OT with testing equipment connectivity in labs.
• Innovation portfolio management with status tracking and escalation.
• MS 365 / Power Platform and generative AI testing and user training.
• University degree in a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Requirements engineering with input from subdivisions and countries; define functional and technical requirements and user stories.
• Technology scouting (AI, OT and IT) and cooperation with AI, OT and IT vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Project planning and delivery: PoC, MVP development, rollout design and scaling across countries.
• Digital workplace: tool evaluation, hands-on implementation, testing and user training on Power Platform solutions.
• Robotics and OT: identify improvements, build business cases, connect testing equipment to LIMS.
• AI enablement: trainings with countries, business case development, result validation.
• Digital Innovation portfolio and roadmap ownership; small team leadership; international scope.
