This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Digital function within the Group Communication team. We’re dedicated to continuously optimising our digital communication, putting our audience first in order to meet key business goals. In this pivotal role you will:

  • Maintain and develop mondigroup.com and microsites, including the German version, collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve KPIs.
  • Oversee and manage the creation, publication, and maintenance of website content, meticulously ensuring accuracy, relevance, and delivering an exceptional user experience.
  • Expertly co-ordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring the seamless process of updating website content.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to measure and analyse website traffic and engagement, including analytics, A/B testing and user research, generating actionable recommendations for optimisation.
  • Remain at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies, consistently enhancing and evolving the website strategy.
  • Effectively manage external content contributors and agencies, fostering successful partnerships.
  • Ensure websites adhere to accessibility standards, making it inclusive and accessible for diverse audiences.
Your profile:
  • Proven track record with over 5 years' experience in successfully managing websites, demonstrating a deep understanding of effective website management strategies and best practices.
  • Extensive experience utilising content management systems, preferably with a focus on Optimizely / Episerver.
  • Expertise in website analytics tools, user testing and search engine optimisation (SEO) strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • Strong project management skills, proficiently prioritising and managing multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing highly successful website content strategies, showcasing your ability to captivate and engage audiences.
  • Passionate about staying abreast of the latest web design, user experience and technology trends, consistently pushing the boundaries of innovation.
  • A proactive team player with the ability to work autonomously, consistently delivering exceptional results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes.
Our offer:

  • Start: immediate start date possible, considering your availability (e.g. notice period)
  • We offer a minimum compensation package starting at € 49,000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
