Job Description:

We are seeking an engaged Product Owner (B2B Assets) to develop and operate our digital solutions for business customers in Germany and Austria.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the further development of our existing eCommerce platforms for business clients, including Self-Service portals and Employer Journeys.
• Formulate product vision aligned with global standards and local market needs.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, continuously optimize user experience, conversion rates, and operational processes.
• Coordinate across departments such as UX, IT, Marketing, and Sales, both locally and internationally.
• Use data and feedback to make informed product decisions and identify new features or improvements.
• Ensure seamless integration with internal systems (e.g., CRM, Payment, API interfaces).

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Digital Product Manager, preferably in B2B, eCommerce, or platform products.
• Good knowledge of UX design, API architecture, payment processes, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Strong analytical skills, technical understanding, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills in German (fluent) and English (business level).
• Experience working with agile, international teams is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel between Germany and Austria.
