We’re a rapidly growing digital marketing agency, creative team, and custom software house looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Digital Account Manager to join us in our Brisbane CBD office. Here’s What You’ll Get to Do:
- Work with marketing clients to develop effective strategies that grow their businesses
- Be the voice of your customers inside our business, ensuring we hit their business and marketing needs spot-on
- Project-manage campaigns and initiatives that make your clients say, “wow, how did they do that?”
- Collaborate with our Digital Marketing Executives on the technical implementation of campaigns
- Regularly review performance reporting to ensure we’re smashing goals for each client
Your team
Reporting. This role reports to our Head of Customer Strategy (account management team for marketing and design).
Who you’ll work with. You’ll work alongside other account managers in our growing account management team. You’ll also work with our marketing technicians to deliver marketing initiatives (opportunities for creative and development projects as well).
Opportunities. You’ll be coming in as a mid-level account manager, with lots of opportunity to demonstrate value to your clients, grow their businesses, and demonstrate how you could play and grow into a top-tier account manager, (for the agency folks, think senior account manager, account director and more).

Our Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have killer organisation & prioritisation skills and experience in digital marketing or website project management
- Feel confident having goal-based conversations with clients
- Be experienced in managing digital projects, and guiding the delivery of campaigns, websites, and creative projects
- Love data, know how to draw insights, and communicate them effectively to clients and the team
- Have a positive, team-focused attitude with a hunger to learn and improve constantly
- Have an insane drive to produce ridiculously good work that gets results
- Be an amazing communicator, working effectively with internal team members and clients
- Be a great listener who actually understands what customers need
- Thrive under pressure, balancing multiple priorities, deadlines, and workloads
Skills That Would Be Great (But Not Essential):
- Experience building and optimising campaigns for paid search, social, and display
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Digital Technology, or something similar
- Experience in cross-selling to current customers
