The Opportunity

As Development Manager, you’ll take a hands-on role across every stage of the development cycle, including:

• Driving feasibilities, design, and approvals
• Overseeing civil and infrastructure delivery
• Coordinating stage designs, releases, and public realm outcomes
• Managing consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders
• Reporting directly to the Development Director and Owner
