In motorsport, we always give everything and try to get the last bit of power and performance out of our bikes. To celebrate great successes, the bikes must first be developed. As a chassis designer for our MotoGP bikes at KTM Motorsports, you will combine your passion for racing with your expertise in component development and CFRP parts. You will participate in our development process, be responsible for functionality, and be involved in projects critical to our success. Do you have the necessary passion and drive?

The tasks awaiting you
  1. Development of components, assemblies, and systems from concept design to finished product
  2. Design of CAD models and preparation of technical drawings
  3. Execution of simulations during the design process
  4. Continuous optimization of assembly development on the motorcycle
  5. Clarification of technical details with international suppliers
  6. Act as a point of contact for design between the factory and the race/test teams
  7. Proactive coordination as an interface with internal departments and external suppliers
How You Can Inspire Us
  • Successfully completed technical education focusing on automotive or mechanical engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in vehicle development and design
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office and CAD programs (Creo, Catia, etc.)
  • Good understanding of English, both written and spoken
  • Active motorbike affinity is desirable
  • Communicative and flexible personality with team spirit, organizational skills, and a hands-on mentality
  • Analytical, creative, and solution-oriented thinking with a structured, methodical, and precise working style
