Overview

Woodham Petroleum Services is a family-owned, independent fuel distributor with operations established throughout QLD and NSW. To support the continued growth of our business we are seeking a Depot Coordinator to provide administrative support to our operations across southern QLD. Key responsibilities include coordinating customer fuel deliveries, managing driver operations, overseeing fleet maintenance works are undertaken, and administration for safety and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate customer fuel deliveries and maintain records.
  • Manage driver operations, including onboarding, scheduling, and compliance.
  • Oversee fleet maintenance, including scheduling and cost management.
  • Occasional regional travel and out-of-hours work may be required.
  • Preparation of administrative tasks associated with safety & compliance.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous administrative experience in logistics or transportation preferred.

Working Hours and Reporting

This position will be located at our Hemmant Depot.

Occasional out-of-hours work may be required based on operational needs.

Regional travel will be necessary to various depots and offices within southern Queensland.
