Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical education completed; several years of technical experience.
• Experience in engineering, mechatronics, electronics or electrical engineering.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capability.
• Takes over responsibility, works independently and makes decisions.
• Willingness to learn and strong problem-solving skills.
• Flexible to changes, including coverage or priority shifts.
• On-call duty
• Team player with proactive communication
• Apply systematic methods in problem solving (QRQC)
• Fluent in German and good English skills

Responsibilities

• Own and develop expertise in the deposition production equipment.
• Configure and install new equipment.
• Repair, maintain, modify, and monitor equipment with systematic analysis.
• Commission and requalification of equipment with the process engineer.
• Handle on-call issues independently.
• Lead and participate in improvement projects for optimization/modification.
• Coordinate with equipment manufacturers and external service technicians.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Engineering, Facility).
• Create, maintain and improve maintenance plans and procedures.
• Document results and prepare work instructions and training materials.
• Plan and conduct training sessions.
• Spare parts management.
