Qualifikationen

• Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im PCB-Design, idealerweise mit Führungserfahrung.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse gängiger EDA-Tools, vorzugsweise Zuken CR-8000.
• Exzellente Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Innovation, combined with craftsmanship and a genuine passion for research, forms the foundation of our success and drives everything we do.As Department Manager - PCB Layout (f/m/x), you lead the layout team both technically and disciplinarily. You support electronics development and are the main contact for CAD tools used in electronics design at Anton Paar.

Responsibilities:

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the PCB Layout department
• Ensuring an efficient and quality-oriented layout process
• Responsibility for the use, maintenance, and development of CAD tools and licenses (e.g. Zuken CR-8000)
• Establishing and further developing methods and processes in PCB design
• Close collaboration with electronics development, mechanical engineering, manufacturing, and external partners
• Resource planning, team development, and promotion of training and continuing education
• Support in the selection of new technologies and in the strategic direction of the department

Requirements:

• Completed degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in PCB design, ideally with leadership experience
• In-depth knowledge of common EDA tools, preferably Zuken CR-8000
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and high social competence

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market.
