• Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb oder enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb.
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.

Aufgaben

• Steuerung des Produktportfolios.
• Koordination der engen Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, Vertrieb und anderen Abteilungen.
• Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Engineering-Teams.
• Unterstützung im technischen Vertrieb und Mitarbeit in Kundenprojekten.
• Verantwortung für Budgetplanung, Kostenkontrolle und Ressourcenmanagement.
• Mitgestaltung der strategischen Entwicklung der Division sowie des Produktportfolios.
• Mitgestaltung der Mobilität der Zukunft.

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed university degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in an engineering environment, ideally in the railway or mobility sector
• In-depth knowledge of product management and product responsibility
• Experience in budget planning and financial management
• Proven leadership experience
• Experience in technical sales or close collaboration with sales
• Excellent communication skills and confident appearance
• Ability to clearly and convincingly express complex matters

Our location is very well connected to public transport and only a 5-minute walk from Mödling railway station.

The minimum salary is from € 4,500 gross per month with appropriate qualifications.
