Nobel Biocare in Switzerland is seeking a driven Sales Representative to grow our dental clinics and laboratories within an assigned territory. You will build strong customer relationships, develop new business opportunities, and promote our portfolio of dental solutions to support long-term practice growth.

This field-based role requires about 80% travel within the territory, occasional international travel, and frequent CRM updating and territory planning to meet and exceed targets.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of successful sales experience in healthcare, dental, medical devices, or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent planning and territory management abilities.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluent in the local language; English is an advantage.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

• Monitor market trends, customer activity, and competitive developments within the territory
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and account plans
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
