About the Role

Reporting to the owner‑directors directly, the Dental Practice Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of both locations. You’ll ensure consistent standards of care, drive team performance and deliver on key financial and patient‑satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Lead front‑ and back‑of‑house processes to ensure seamless patient journeys
• Team Leadership: Recruit, coach and roster receptionists, dental assistants and hygienists across both sites
• Financial Oversight: Prepare budgets, monitor P&L, track KPIs and produce monthly performance reports
• Compliance & Quality: Maintain AHPRA, WH&S and infection‑control standards; implement continuous‑improvement initiatives
• Patient Experience: Analyse feedback, resolve concerns and champion a five‑star service culture
• Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with clinical teams, suppliers and external partners to support growth and excellence
• Others as directed

About You

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Health Administration or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing multi‑site dental (or healthcare) practices
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team
• Strong commercial acumen with hands‑on budgeting and reporting experience
• Expert user of practice management software (e.g. D4W, Dentally or equivalent) and MS Office
• Exceptional communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills
• Permanent working rights in Australia and current Working with Children Check
