Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs for software delivery projects, ensuring alignment with customer needs and organizational goals
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to development teams, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand their requirements, present solutions, and address technical challenges
- Lead the delivery of end-to-end solutions, ensuring timely completion, quality assurance, and cost-effectiveness
- Design and implement integrations with existing air traffic management systems, ensuring seamless interoperability
- Work with delivery teams to assess and optimize organizational processes, frameworks, and workflows to increase efficiency and streamline project execution
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying them to enhance our solutions and offerings
Skills Required:
- Education in software development (either via higher technical college or degree in computer science, engineering, physics or mathematics)
- Min. of 10 years of experience in system engineering and project management, with a focus on software delivery for safety-critical applications
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale and/or development projects
- Strong understanding of air traffic control systems, airport operations, and related technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Adept at managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
