Roche in Vienna is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead product delivery for the Patient Centered Disease Management software family. You will own engineering delivery, drive best practices, and ensure on-time value with quality, while leveraging AI-enabled analytics to improve forecasting and performance.

The role requires extensive experience in scaled agile environments, strong leadership and clear communication with senior stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in Delivery Lead, RTE, or similar roles with cross‑functional lifecycle management.
• 4+ years acting as an RTE or Agile Lead; SAFe certification preferred.
• Deep software/healthcare delivery experience in digital health.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools to improve delivery and metrics.
• Strong ability to communicate with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Delivery Leadership & coordination across cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain the Delivery Plan as a single source of truth and manage milestones.
• Map dependencies, monitor risks, and use AI forecasting to resolve blockers.
• Oversee release process, backlog prioritization, and end‑to‑end value flow.
• Facilitate PI Plannings, Demos, Inspect & Adapt, Refinements, and Retrospectives.
• Guide budget, capacity planning, and evolving operating model for delivery.
