Zusammenfassung

The Paul Scherrer Institute (PSI) in Villigen PSI, Switzerland, invites an experienced Project Portfolio Manager for Decommissioning to lead the oversight of our decommissioning portfolio and steering meetings, ensuring rigorous documentation and reporting.

You will collaborate with finance, supervision authorities, and project teams to align strategy with regulatory requirements, preparing decision bases and presentations for senior management. Proficiency in German and English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in project portfolio management.
• Experience dealing with supervisory authorities and stakeholders.
• Experience in managing large regulated industrial projects such as decommissioning.
• Ability to present complex issues clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong communication skills and affinity for science and research.

Aufgaben

• Proactively monitor the decommissioning project portfolio and develop reporting and the portfolio view.
• Organise and chair steering and coordination meetings with structured documentation.
• Coordinate expenditure and cost accounting with financial officers.
• Prepare reports and decision bases for management and directorate.
• Coordinate inquiries from supervisory authorities and boards on decommissioning.
• Support interdisciplinary questions in decommissioning projects.
