Job Description:

Do you have the required Data Science skills to drive real impact at one of the most recognisable brands globally?

You'll contribute to global data science projects to enable business stakeholders from departments such as Sales, Marketing, and HR to make better data-driven decisions. The Data Scientist will work closely with team members to build and run data products, apply statistical analyses to solve business problems, and create presentations to demonstrate impact. You will also be responsible for innovation by introducing new data-driven ideas, methods, and supporting new business processes.

Responsibilities

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

• You will support the team by managing, running, and delivering data science projects focused on sales, marketing, and HR stakeholders, including project scoping, execution, quality assurance, and presentation.
• You will collaborate with IT colleagues to find efficiencies and scale initiatives across markets.
• You will propose new ways of generating value for stakeholders beyond existing initiatives.
• You will manage external colleagues to ensure efficient project delivery and high quality.
• You will build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, absorbing feedback to maximize project success.
• You will support impact tracking, pipeline planning, training, onboarding, outreach, and other team activities.
• Programming skills in Python, SQL, or R are required, with willingness to learn others. Knowledge of Snowflake or Databricks is a plus.
• Prior experience in FMCG data or analytics roles is advantageous.
• Data literacy, statistical reasoning, and technical literacy are essential to prepare datasets, analyze data, and implement modern computing tools.
• Excellent presentation skills, stakeholder management, pragmatic thinking, and outcome-driven attitude are necessary.
• Ability to define questions, see projects through, and travel 10-20% of the time.
