Our Group Data Governance team is a vital component of the Group Risk Data & Regulatory Reporting Division, focused on BCBS 239 and Data Quality Standards. As a Professional Data Governance Manager, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of reporting.

• Full-time (38.5h/week)
• Vienna office (1030)
• Home office possible

Your mission at RBI

• Supporting projects related to data governance, data quality, BCBS 239, including RBI HO projects, new product approvals, and M&As
• Developing data governance and quality standards, guidelines, and processes
• Managing strategic data quality initiatives
• Guiding business in data quality monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and improvements
• Regular reporting for decision-making bodies
• Defining and monitoring data governance KPIs
• Supporting data quality checks
• Raising awareness and training staff

Your core competencies

• University degree or similar with IT, business, or technical background
• Experience in financial services industry
• Preferably familiar with data governance, data quality, BCBS 239, and financial IT landscape
• Team player with service orientation and high commitment
• Analytical, result-oriented, structured working style
• Coordination skills
• Fluent in German and English

Nice to have

• Experience with agile project management
• Knowledge of CEE, CE, CIS languages

Salary starting at €50,000 gross per year (full-time), excluding overtime, depending on experience.
